Type it the way you say it
A full title, half of one, the original-language name, the other names a title goes by: all open the same page. Shorthand works, GOT, TLOU, HOTD. "Watch", "online", "free", "hd" and "578movie" are stripped before the search runs, so a phrase pasted from a search engine finds the film.
Actors and studios
Type a name and every title of theirs in the catalogue lines up; type a studio and the same. A genre word, "horror", "comedy", is treated as a genre; a language, "vietnamese", narrows to that language.
Episodes
"reacher s3e4", "silo season 2 episode 3": the results narrow to the series with that episode, one tap opens it, the season page is the next, with the row you wanted in the table.
Filters
The search page adds type, genre, year, status, country, original language and minimum rating, and a sort by popularity, newest, rating, recent update or name. Widest filter first, then narrow. Reset clears everything; the address bar carries the search, so a list can be sent as a link.
Empty result
Drop one filter at a time. A year that is one off, a title in another language, a series searched as a movie: those are the three usual causes. The A-Z list shows the whole catalogue in one scroll and settles "is it on here" in a minute.
